Information about net worth, item value, etc., is approximate and may not be correct and/or actual. Other articles and content are opinion-based (or commentary) and should not be considered factual. Copyright Policy

Upon receipt of a proper counter-notification, The Daily Hush will provide the complaining party with a copy of the counter-notification, and inform them that it will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. Unless The Daily Hush’s designated agent receives notice from the party that filed the initial notification that such party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on the Sites, The Daily Hush will replace the removed material and cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notification, at our discretion.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold The Daily Hush, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit, modify, or otherwise make available through the Sites, your use of the Sites, your connection to the Sites, your violation of the Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
